I have used Ocean for 14 years to rent my properties out and with a new property in Kingswood, i thought I'd try a different agent. It was a shock to find out that although they undercut Ocean, they put no effort into renting it and I had 2 viewings in 5 weeks. I switched back to Ocean following a chat with them and they had let it in 1 week. Amazing service from a great team - highly recommend.
