I used this estate agents in August 2016.  Initially everything was fine and I had an offer accepted on a flat.  After paying for a survey and engaging the services of a solicitor it was discovered that the property had a clause stating that it was for over 60's only.  I had previously queried this with the estate agents and was assured that the clause was no longer valid.   I wasted money but more importantly over 2 months of my time. If the estate agents had done their job properly or any kind of basic investigation had been conducted things would never have got as far as they did.  When things were going well Mark was all smiles and helpfulness but as soon as things started going wrong he was difficult to get hold off and took no responsibility for the problem.  Unprofessional and quite apparent that they don't know what they are doing!!!!

I used this company after being let down by another letting agent (TLS). The gentleman I dealt with (Mark) was very courteous and professional.

Within 24 hrs of making the first phone call the company had viewed the property, taken measurements & photographs & listed the property on Zoopla & Rightmove.

48 hrs later I had tenants in place.

Brilliant service at a competitive price.

Carlsberg don't do letting agents but if they did………..
