We’re unique in that we’ll never be a ‘Jack of all trades’. We've been happy to deal with Intire. The communication during the whole application process was quick, friendly and professional. The agents we've met were very nice, well informed and willing to help. Frankie has been very clear about every details of the house during the viewing and the appointment to get the keys. 
We liked that our full details were required from the beginning (and not only the holding deposit like in most agencies) it made us feel like Intire cared to make sure that we were in capacity to get the house before starting the process.

So far my experiences of Intire have not been good. I phoned to arrange a viewing the next day, she asked for quite a few details, we arranged a time to meet, no problem. During the day they rang my mobile and I missed the call, they did not leave a message or try to get in contact again. I took an hour off work to view this property, they did not show up, when I called to ask where they were they were very unhelpful, manager still has not called back. I will not be using them...

Manager has now called back, she claimed that they called twice, I can only see one missed call, she also claims that somehow my voicemail failed when they called so they couldn't leave a message, my answerphone is working perfectly for all other callers. Very glad they are not managing my letting.

People are very quick to write a review when they are complaining about something so it is so nice to be able to feedback on how extremely satisfied we have been with the staff at Intire.

From the application process through to being handed the keys to our lovely house everyone at Intire have been very friendly and helpful.  I have sent several e-mails with questions or advice and these have been answered promptly, I have never experienced such an efficient team! It is a very stressful time when moving home we were dreading it, but I had nothing to worry about as Intire have made the process so much easier and taken a lot of pressure off any worries we had. I have previously worked in a 4 star hotel front of house dealing with guests and I'm a bit of a customer service snob so I know when I receive great service. I would like to thank everyone at Intire, Downend for their help.

I have recently moved into the house which is serviced by Intire. I am pretty satisfied with them so far, because they answers all my inquires in a very short time. They are always giving fast feedback which I appreciate very much. Everything went smoothly so far with our move. They tried to sort out everything as fast as possible.
