Worst transport company you can deal with. Poorly trained customer service staff , even worse management who will not help you or care about your custom. all staff with dont care and uninterested attitudes. Even there own employees and drivers hate it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT MAY BE CHEAPER BUT WILL COST YOU DOWN THE LINE. HOW ON EARTH ARE THEY PART OF PALLETWAYS.
Unprofessional service, delivery driver with poor attitude who was completely uninterested in being helpful. Literally left office chair and table on the road! And when I called the company to feedbacknthey weren't bothered and said it was only curbside delivery. It's not even curbside it's street side but this doesn't seem to matter to them. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
Derby A50/A38 roundabout, one of your drivers could see me on the roundabout at 40mphthe limit he still chose to crawl out of the junction from the A50 and cause me to slam my brakes on to avoid my car plowing straight into him. I've then told him I'm calling this company to which he gives me some lovely aggressive hand gestures instead of the apologyi shouldve got. One angry and dangerous driver they have there. I'm also a professional driver so I know what I'm talking about. How did he pass with maneuvers like that I'll never know
Keep calling my number despite me saying multiple times that they have the wrong person and wrong number! Incredibly frustrating
