Visited and bought table in the sale. Customer service and advice good. Found within 10 days there was an online furher 10% off so rang customer service as disappointed this was not mentioned and they refhnded me 10%. Pleasantly surpised. Maybe on he pricey sid but would definitely use again in the sale. Reasonable product guarantee/insurance options too.

Third sofa delivered from oak furniture land today faulty,was hoping to be third time lucky,but no same level of customer service as usual 😡 another faulty damaged sofa in my house for god knows how many more weeks whilst this gets sorted out Shocking company
