Very nice inside , very clean and very big. I can only assume for a first time shopper inside the upstairs is new, I can safely say this, this is the first B&M I have been in with everything organised properly and upstairs is very very big inside. Everything is laid out properly , easy to find , but the store is massive and not many staff could be seen, but I believe that’s why everything is laid out so well. Apart from that parking isn’t very big outside the car park is quite a funny one when you go inside. And the bays can get full especially as it comes off a main road. Above all it was a good experience and I’m sure to return

Good trip, got everything I needed. Shop was fully stocked and opened dead on time
Spent more than £150 on a single visit, buying groceries and a few furnitures to be used in our new house and I get a hefty £50 penalty for overstaying in the parking lot for 12 minutes!!! The whole time we were inside B&M!!! Won't come back to this store again!!!
I went 4 minutes over the free parking period and I was sent a parking fine of £100. You can't call and speak with anyone at the store so drove back and spoke with a member of staff. They said the carpark was nothing to do with B&M and walked away. No help, no empathy. Feel unhappy given the money i spent at the store and the time waiting in a queue. It feels wrong that i can prove when i arrived and when i paid for my shopping and they still fine me. We won't be going back.
