Very nice inside , very clean and very big. I can only assume for a first time shopper inside the upstairs is new, I can safely say this, this is the first B&M I have been in with everything organised properly and upstairs is very very big inside. Everything is laid out properly , easy to find , but the store is massive and not many staff could be seen, but I believe that’s why everything is laid out so well. Apart from that parking isn’t very big outside the car park is quite a funny one when you go inside. And the bays can get full especially as it comes off a main road. Above all it was a good experience and I’m sure to return
Such a big place but they only give a maximum of 100 minutes parking, not enough time for such a big shop. £50 fine for going over limit by 4 minutes. Wouldn't have been if they had more cashiers. Had a receipt but still had to pay the fine. Will not be going here again.
Not bad but compared to other B&M stores, it’s not great. Often untidy and feels dirty. Shelves are often a mess but that could just be the time of day.
Alqays pleasant alqays busy could do witb more tills open at weekend but always a nice experience to shop in
Reasonable prices and choice. However, have several times been unable to purchase two packs of paracetamol with, quite ridiculously, Steradent, Vitamin E cream et al!! In December, I bought two packs of flu relief, containing paracetamol. My 84 year old mother, who followed me through the same till was refused pain relief because we were shopping together, even tho we paid separately and live in separate households. Staff don't seem to understand the law around this issue and are rude when asked to explain.
