Visited the shop to get a replacement SIM for a lost phone. There were some issues with the system which meant I had to go back a few times but the staff were very friendly and helpful. None of the staff tried to sell me a new phone or upgrade my tariff which normally happens when you go into phone shops. Not complaining, but I found it strange considering gone in because I'd lost a phone and would probably have been sold if they'd asked.
We visited the O2 store in Solihull for help in transferring info to a recently purchased new phone. Clearly the task was quite complicated and took over 2 hours to complete. Ashley and his team were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful depsite the fact that we only purchased a new phone cover. We cannot thank therm enough for all their efforts, Well done and thank you.
Went in to the store yesterday after my brand new phone bought on line through o2 was showing moisture and refusing to charge. The Manager was extremely helpful and sorted it out for me. Far better than the service you get from o2 on line.
Visited the store not too long ago, excellent service from Manaseh. Such a bubbly and cheerful young lady. Was very impressed at her dedication to help me. Her fellow colleague Hamzah was very friendly and helpful too. Would recommend both of them for their great service. Wishing them the best in the future.
I write to let you know how much we appreciate the help that Ashley Johnson?gave us and how much we appreciate his skill. He separated our 2 mobile phones from the same account - a technically difficult task as it turned out. he had to deal simultaneously with the limitations of managing his customer services contact over the phone, manage ing the computer and dealing with our anxieties in the store 16/02/24. He showed tenacity in sticking at solving a knotty problem. he never lost his composure while negotiating the end result with all parties. We hope that you will let Ashley know of our gratitude. One of the staff have ignored me after i find the original sim card on the smartphones when my Nokia G11 smartphones repair also the chubby young girl you sell Nokia headphones but she don't know the headphones also i nearly loss my sim card inside the smart phone she have no experience also two of the 02 staff are too rude also the British Asians big lady colleague spread rumors to 02 staff about me i will never going to 02 shop in touchwood soilhull again
I was served by Ashley Johnson. What an amazing guy. He spent such a long time with me. Sorted out my sim, transfer and helped me set up the app. Thank you so much. I would give a higher rating if I could. Fully recommend
I always go to this store because Georgia makes everything so easy for is & always tells us the offers they have on. Today we bought the i phone 15 & with her recommendation the apple watch too! Georgia always goes the extra mile with her service & nothing is too much trouble
A gentleman called Ashley not sure of spelling helped my mum who has learning disabilities and sadly had her phone stolen the week before. His patience and kindness was so appreciated and he really went above and beyond, even though he must have spent hours with my mum, getting her re-set up with a SIM card and explaining things to her. Sadly she had a bad experience with a female member of staff the day before who was disinterested in helping her, but Ashley is a shining example of great customer service. Top guy!
Lady with messy dark brown hair needs to get some lessons on customer service, clearly only working there for the sales and just sending me off to speak to the call centres. When her colleague was able to help me with the issue the next day and not there to help vulnerable people like myself. 02 you need to train this lady with the expectations you set and also maybe give her some lessons on how to do hair and makeup!
