I had a terrible experience here was pressured into signing a contract that was of no use to me despite being a loyal customer of EE. The Manager was very rude tome the next day after I had spoken to EE customer services who told me I must go back to the shop and they would speak with him beforehand. I would never recommend this shop.

My Dad received excellent service at EE Touchwood from James and the store manager. James was very professional and knowledgeable.
