Went into the store today after booking an appointment for repair, and it couldn't have gone sooner. Dealt with 3 members of staff and all were great. Fab communication and phone were repaired within 2 hours 30 mins, which was fantastic.
The pricing strategy of EE appears to be significantly higher compared to its competitors. During my inquiry regarding the availability of 5G service in my area, the staff member experienced difficulties in accessing the system due to poor signal strength on their device. This raises concerns about their ability to effectively serve customers if they are unable to utilize the network or modem device within their own store. Upon gaining access to the system, the staff member informed me that 5G is not yet available in my area, contradicting the advertisement that claims EE to be the best network.
Dropped my Google pixel 7a and totally smashed the screen! It was a new phone! All the quotes I got to fix were 150-200. I nearly bought a new phone as repair wasn't worth it. Looked online and saw EE fix the screens for £70. Didn't believe it but booked an appointment. Sure enough all fixed within an hour for £70 and good as new! Have already recommended them to friends.
I've been an EE customer for more than 15 years and went into this store to enquire about a repair. Staff were disinterested, unhelpful and generally couldn't be bothered... were unable to provide an estimate before booking the phone in and went out of their way to discourage me getting the work done through them. Dismal, avoid!
I went to the shop for repair my phone. Customer service is very good. But when i received my phone inside the camera lens lot's of dust and dirt. The technician didn't clean inside the camera lens. Not professional. That's why 3 star.
Great shop and staff..sadly they never seem to answer the store phone...i called eleven times over two days...just useless recordings and music
I visited EE showroom in the Solihull after a tech expert consultation at the Samsung Support. Apparently They are authorised Samsung mobile phone service provider. They gave me a reference number for the issue i had. First visit i was asked to book an appointment with them for a later date and confirmed they will take up the issue. On the second visit on the appointment date. They mentioned the Samsung support reference means nothing to them. They do not have any connectivity between their systems. They mentioned they can book the repair i need to deposit £400. They are reluctant to look at the phone. The booking is done as per the EE system these are the rules to book in. Firstly, It is absolutely ridiculous amount of money i could obviously buy a new phone. Secondly why would Samsung provide me a reference number and ask me to visit the store where they have no control over. This is a serious failure and appalling service why one authorised by another ignore to look into the details. I would not recommend this store for any repairs no matter what phone you have.
Absolute waste of time branch EE Solihull, I booked an appointment in advance and turned up at the correct time. My device was booked in and I paid for the repair only to be told a short moment later that sorry your phone cannot be booked in engineer cant see it on there system and nothing we can do about it. Nothing done to help out or book me in at another appointment after travelling 40 mins to the branch for no reason what so ever. customer service was non existent. I was left to travel another 40 mins home with no resolution to fixing the phone and having to book time off work to go to branch. The system issue was there issue not mine I followed all the correct protocols to get it booked in however EE did not do anything to resolve this issue and came across with a attitude of its done nothing we can do about it. Did not expect this service after being with EE for many years. Avoid at all cost
Went into the ee shop in touchwood today with my daughter as she needed a new phone. I needed to sort out a problem I had too. Amun was really helpful & friendly sorted my problem & my daughter got her new phone. 10/10
Worst shop ever, can't even answer the phone for us or for Samsung to directly contact them to no answer to ask questions and book on. Absolutely terrible customer service and they should be ashamed of themselves... Absolutely avoid this shop
