Just had one of the best Indian meals ever. We dined in a very well appointed restaurant based in Friargate. We were treated to an excellent meal together with wonderful service from the staff members. This is not one of my regular curry houses but it’s certainly one that I will visit again. Great value great ambience and superb food. Highly recommended.

Being a food critic with years of experience in the trade. I was pleasantly surprised at Okra. From the ambience, service and most importantly the food, I can say it was an extremely positive experience. Don't take my word for it. Try it for yourself either for a few or a party. You won't be disappointed. Parking: Nearby free parking after 8.00pm

Food is delicious, has many dishes I’ve never tasted before all cooked to perfection. Ambience is very regal, spacious and relaxing. Staff are extremely helpful and engaging without being intrusive. We enjoyed our visit and will certainly come again next time we are in Derby. Good job Waleed!
This was exquisite. The staff was amazing , friendly and speedy . They were incredible and truly was of the best members of staff I’ve seen. The food was flavourful and can tell a lot of time and care was placed into each meal . The naan was delectable , the chicken was sublime and the kebab was breathtaking. The rice was different quite literally, so many options mushrooms , pillow simply breathtaking. The atmosphere was different and I’m truly grateful for places like these . Much love
