I've only been at the surgery a month and the appointments I've had, the doctors have been amazing, so friendly, patient and welcoming. I went in feeling very anxious and came out feeling good. I've had 2 different doctors surgeries which have failed me but I feel I'm finally getting somewhere now

In the last two years I have never got through at 8:30 - 8:45, with a 'today' appointment. Then you are treated with rudeness. Ive only ever been seen on nurse who actually tried to resolve issues and thought of everything and that was Triage. The phone call doctor I had last week was rude, didn't check my history and when he finally did actually did what a and e asked. Worst docs I have ever known...

Completely unsympathetic and patronising consultation with Dr Samuel Mason. Worse experience I've ever had with a Dr, I felt like I was wasting his time despite waiting for over 4 weeks for an appointment about something that is really concerning. Managed to get a specialist referral however he honestly made me feel about an inch small, dismissing my queries and generally acting like he didn't care in the slightest.

If you're experiencing perimenopausal symptoms, don't even bother with this surgery. 6 months being passed from pillar to post by different GPs. Gynae tell them to put me on HRT but seemingly incompetent doctors have to check with someone else. I have only just today found out that there is a specialist who is there just once a week, who is already booked up for months. Non urgent appointments for me have been 6-8 weeks, first one got cancelled, waited another 8 weeks to then be told by the doctor "I will get back to you in two weeks". This doctors surgery seems to be seriously lacking care in regards to women's health. I am now considering having to pay to be seen privately for this one issue that I have been struggling with. I just want my life back, my husband wants his wife back and my children want their mother back but I am just not being listened to. It has now been three months since the Gynae consultant wrote to the doctor, that's a very long time to get a simple prescription sorted out.  *In reply to the owners reply* I'm still not being listened to am I?

I had a negative experience at the Meadows Surgery today but I won't name the GP in question. I'd like to invite people to provide their positive experiences at the Meadows please. Hopefully, the GPs will have to live up to them then. It may be that they just dislike me.No empathy at all from the GP.

We rarely needed the surgery until a recent diagnosis of terminal cancer in our family. Mum is now gone after a 5 month long fight. Throughout the surgery have been unfailingly kind, supportive, and helpful to her and to us; they were always there whenever we needed them. We are all lucky to have the NHS. We are especially lucky to have the Meadows Surgery.

Congratulations on the service I have received from all the staff.  As an oldie I really apreciate  your help, advice and smooth running of your practice.   Thank you again and top marks.

Recently signed up to this Drs after reading the good reviews and moving to the area. So far have been faultless, excellent service received by all. Had blood tests at hospital and doctor was in touch same afternoon to prescribe what I needed, so efficient. Easy to book appointments, reception very helpful. Would reccomend.

Cannot understand negative comments about this surgery.  Have always found them extremely helpful and caring.  I consider myself very lucky to be registered at this practice.  I have never not been able to get an appointment on the same day if it has been necessary.  The receptionists, the nurses and the doctors are brilliant, really helpful, caring, understanding and sympathetic.  I have been registered here for 12 years now and the care I have received over the years has never faulted.  I cannot praise them highly enough.

Great surgery. Friendly staff and great doctors.
