I recently visited the clinic for a body treatment and it was such a lovely experience from start to finish. Really welcoming staff who even helped me to find a parking space and made me a much needed cup of tea on arrival. The clinic is really peaceful and has a calm and professional atmosphere. Fully recommended.

Recently had lip fillers at this clinic in Haywards Heath by a qualified Doctor . I've been left with disfigured lips ! No refund given . Absolutely appalled . Will not be returning for lip filler treatment ever again or recommend them for this treatment .

Good treatments and lovely staff however the clinic is let down by very poor management skills. I can only give it one star for this reason. Very power tripping and unprofessional manager which creates a fake and dull atmosphere. Staff aware of her behaviour but too frightened to say anything. Absouelty discusting!

Lovely relaxing environment extremely informative would highly recommend seeing Justine for a skin assessment she was informative and helpful and an all round lovely woman, the samples I received to suit my skin type have already made my skin feel amazing and I can't wait to go back on pay day to purchase them there was no pressure to buy anything and she talked through all my options

I was quite nervous about having the LVL lash treatment as I was worrying about how claustrophobic I might feel having my eyes shut all the time, but Justine was great at chatting to me all the way through and keeping me calm. The results are fantastic - eyelashes look like I have mascara on and they are lifted - helping to open up the eyes - far more than a Shu Uemura curler could do for you! By the way, when I say 'chatting' I was asking all sorts of questions about the treatments on offer and what they involve. If you are looking for somewhere that's more medical/pharma-grade and 'hard hitting' than a pampering beauty session this is your place.
