Excellent place, fantastic. Especially if you love rude desk staff, dismissive telephone staff and doctors who throw you out after the 10 minute timer goes on their buzzer. Excellent atmosphere if you enjoy being angry and/or depressed whilst feeling like you’re the dirt on the shoe of the tight lipped receptionist. I’ve probably come to the doctor’s 3 times in my adult life.. love being treated like absolute scum because it’s NHS. Private is the way forward, at least you get a smile.

Firstly, if you need an appointment then you WILL be offered a call back by a doctor on a number that is convenient to you. All the doctors I have conversed with have dealt with my concern without issue. Simples. You'll be assessed and if the doctor needs to see you, an appointment will be given. Every doctor I've spoken to ( a lot ! ) have been v professional and listened without exception. Remember, the staff are busy so just be patient and polite. Repeat prescriptions can be sent to Rowlands Pharmacy (next door) - just phone beforehand to check it is ready. I've used this practice for a few years and have always been treated very well indeed.Friday is a nightmare for all, so just chill and try to plan ahead. Don't blame the practice for the huge surge in demand caused by bureaucrats and builders in Mid Sussex. Excellent and thank you Dolphins and Rowlands.

Can't fault the drs when I actually do get to see one. Have had on going issues that were dealt with accordingly but not in a timely fashion.. and that's after being spoken to like trash by reception!

Clean and modern building with ample parking for a GP, self use blood pressure machine in large waiting area, the good ends there. Sadly the doctors don't have time for the paitents, they are a mere inconvenience. Got referred to the correct colsoltant but with an old issue, so this has gone untreated for 7 months now. Spoke to them about it and it's my job to sort it all out?! Only had 1 test for some very severe symptoms after 3 months and that came back as negative, still suffering daily. Was asked on 2 sperate visits "what are you here for?" in a rude manner as if I was there to waste time. From the 4 surgeries used in my entire life, this is by far the least effective, least caring and most erroneous. I think the issues stem from over subscription of patients so there is a time pressure on everything thus quality and service falls by the wayside. Join another surgery if you can
