Tried to book an appointment over the phone as they stop their forms at a certain time or something? Anyways called up it had the option to get book a nurse appointment or all other appointments, the woman on the phone had an attitude and said you can't call up unless it's for a smear test which is false. Might aswell been an automated voice as that would have been more helpful than a woman who isn't bothered to do her job. Also never know who is on the other line and what they could be struggling with, just for them to get an attitude from the people that are meant to be helping...

I had the most wonderful experience today with Dr. Woolley. What a fantastic GP, a huge asset to your practice. Her understanding and knowledge was appreciated so very, very much. Thank you.

Trapped with this surgery as unfortunately it is the only one within my area, however it is the worst GP surgery I have ever experienced, They are incompetent and useless at best, negligent and careless at worst, The Receptionists are also utterly shocking and with any luck will be replaced with AI soon!

I do not have wards to describe how awful and bad this surgery is. I only rated one star because I can’t go lower. One of the best things happened to me recently that I am moving from the area so I do not need to deal with them any more. This review not including the doctors there because they trying their best .

Website appointment system cannot cope with capacity and fails without any way of progressing other than calling, receptionist can only request you do it again, causing ridiculous loop, patients will stop using and revert to calling again!
