This place is rubbish bin with them for over 2 years told them everything hopeing to get help and nothing just bin told could be this and that and getting an appointment is impossible. For them to contact you is waste of time. Would not recommend at all!

Was told that I would get a call back to arrange an appointment, but I've waited for weeks and no one bothered to ring me.

After 2 years of treatment, I was finally referred to a specialist on the NHS. After 2 months with multiple calls to see whenabouts I'd get an appointment, I suddenly get told I've been deleted from the system (seemingly randomly) and will have to be referred again.

Useless - typical Ruralshire. Thankfully I've now got SLaM and Oxleas as I'm now back in London

An absolute joke & testament to where our money doesn't go in the NHS shoddy awful service.  Total neglect and indifference of patients very sad indeed
