An absolutely wonderful place! I have been going for yoga/pilates/meditation classes and just can't have enough of them! Amazing instructors, great variaty of classes and treatments. Very relaxing place for women and men in all ages. Highly recommend!

I booked an appointment in person at the facility, got a slot a week later and the guy forgot to book the slot in on the system. I showed up and the lady had no idea about my booking. Will not go again.

I recently booked a one and a half hour bespoke massage with Niti Sheth following a recommendation from my husband, who said she was amazing.  I regularly practice Ashtanga yoga and so when I have a massage, I always want someone who can work deep into the muscles.  Niti completely tailored the massage to my needs and paid special attention to areas where I expressed problems/tightness.  It felt to wonderful to have a proper deep tissue massage; Niti is clearly very experienced and I highly recommend her.  Fantastic massage, thank you!

Amazing, tasty food and smoothie and juice options from the cafe inside. The dynamic yoga sessions are amazing and really effective as they completely clear my mind and help me relax. The Ayurvedic consultant is really friendly and lovely and understanding to your independent dietary needs. The full body massage I had there was amazing and so relaxing,mi never wanted it to end! Recommended to come here

Great little cafe here, fab vegetarian and vegan dishes. Lots of dairy, gluten and sugar free options. Very nice relaxed atmosphere. Service great staff very friendly and helpful
