I would also say they are unprofessional, I’ve been twice and each time they ended short of the hour I paid for. It’s a nice little place, staff are friendly but I don’t think they know a lot about sports massage.

This place is very unprofessional. I called up to see the massages offered as well as the cost. The lady who answered the phone was very rude and hung up the phone on me. I called back and politely said unfortunately I think call got disconnected (even though I knew she hung up the phone) I asked for the cost again, she said it was £40 for 1hr. I asked which massage this was for, she tutted so I told her to forget it. I then called back to speak to the manager, she said they were not there. I asked when would the manager be available, she said she didn't know... maybe next year. There is no way on this earth I would ever accept a massage from this place, even if it were free.

This place is really unprofessional. Twice I have called & made bookings then when I turn up they dont have enough staff to do my massage. And they don't even apologise.
I really dont recommend them.
Their customer service is really bad & you're most likely to be disappointed.
