To all the Staff at the Nuffield Apologies for the time lapse of this review I've been busy healing.      Firstly a massive thank you to all concerned with my care and treatment during my brief stay at your hospital.  Thank you especially to Doctor Carter, who in the short time we chatted before the op allayed any doubts or worries that I might have had and more importantly for the beautiful job done, many thanks sir.      It's two weeks tomorrow that I had my op and the healing process is going very well. I was a very fortunate man indeed to be treated and looked after so well at the Nuffield, so once again thanks to you all. David Lamb

Why does the owner keep replying on here saying requiring the need to follow up through customer care - done that and got no where as no one is bothered - just happy to take your money - service appalling - all the details are well documented with customer care take time to go back and review the complaint and address as it deserves - reception staff are appalling See the response - already complained and feeble response from hospital manager fobbing off - the management are not interested in addressing the issues. Rude incompetent reception staff with attitude! Pay for for an expensive service which the NHS at least have service levels in place. Went four times and was ALWAYS late - would never use again - avoid at all cost!

My GP introduced me to call here. Though I tried to make an appointment here, an operator (young woman) has answered that she cannot make an appointment because they don't have the service. Then I explained again GP introduced me to call here (I also checked this hospital homepage before calling and confirmed they have the service what I wanna take.) Then she said ' call tomorrow morning thank you ' and cut the call immediately. I felt so disappointed with her attitude and she is the first impression of this hospital, considering also that the nature of my call was very sensitive.

Exceptional service pre and post theatre. A massive thank you to Mr Nick Davies the consultant surgeon, and all the Purbeck section team for looking after me with 5 star service. I can't list all the names as nurse said wouldn't I remember and she was right. Anyone receiving treatment here will not be disappointed
