Just had a Running Gait Analysis with Paul at BWT Physio (at their West Hants base) and was seriously impressed with the service and outcomes. As well as analysing me on the treadmill to analyse my running and giving me details on what I need to improve (emailed me slow-mo footage), he went into detail about my current exercise habits to see if i was overloading and building up correctly, gave me other exercises to help with areas of my body I struggle with and answered any other questions I had. Admittedly I'm only a fair weather runner but am certain any standard of runner could learn something that would improve their speed and technique. I'll be heading back again for sure, highly recommended.
