I would absolutely recommend Laura at this therapy centre. I went with symptoms vertigo and dizziness. Laura talked with me in depth about the symptoms and ran many tests to determine which part of the inner ear was causing the problem. We then practised some exercises which I then did at home to reduce and eventually get rid of the symptoms. If you've ever had Labyrinthitis you will know how frightening it can be and to know that there is a practitioner who is knowledgeable and supportive is very reassuring.
After suffering with knee pain for nearly 3 years, I made an appointment to see Tim, as recommended by a friend. He was absolutely fantastic and from the initial assessments he could pinpoint the cause of the pain and gave me exercises to follow to strengthen the required muscles. After only 3 weeks the pain has decreased and I even have some days with no pain at all! I was advised I didn't need a follow up appointment unless things didn't improve which they have, but I still received a follow up phone call from Tim to check how I am getting on. Tim's knowledge, experience and expertise is invaluable and I would not go anywhere else - I wish I had been recommended sooner! Thank you :

I was suffering from chronic and quite severe upper back pain and intermittent pain in my shoulder, arm, and thigh. My consultant referred me to Nick Garland and it is amazing what a difference expert physiotherapy and targeted exercises have achieved. My whole experience at the East Cliff Therapy Centre has been excellent and I can't thank Nick enough for all his help and advice.
Hayley is a wonderful physiotherapist, who has helped me, and members of my family with all our ailments. I'd recommend her to anyone who is seeking knowledgeable and professional care.
The Center is always immaculate, the staff are very polite and Nick is a very friendly, charming and knowledgable guy who has greatly assisted me with my aches and pains - I highly recommend this practice!
Whilst suffering with a painful tendon issue in my left foot, which was becoming increasingly painful and affecting mobility, I chose to attend the East Cliff Physio. I found the centre as a whole to be most welcoming, professional and friendly. Will Deamer, a Chartered Physiotherapist put me at ease, thoroughly examined and tested my movement and mobility/pain. Through sports massage, careful manipulation and his knowledge a diagnosis was soon advised. I was provided with a homework exercise app for my mobile for some stretches ahead of a second follow up appointment two weeks later. During this time pain soon decreased, mobility increased and a return to almost normal. At the second appointment again further mobility checks, stretches, massage and a little topical acupuncture, all within the one low financial cost. Shortly after, i'd say that I am very almost back to normal. Overall, I found Will to be a friendly, informative professional with a genuine can do attitude, nothing was too much in answering my questions, i'd highly recommend Will and his colleagues for any physio works required.
I suffered from neck pain at work and then from back pain during pregnancy and after labour. Will Deamer did amazing job to reduce the pain in all these cases and then fixed the problem just in several sessions. Will is a highly professional and a very nice person. I was also shown exercises how to stretch. I'd definitely recommend Will to everyone.
Top class practice. Friendly, professional staff, and highly effective physiotherapy from Henry, with excellent results. I can't recommend them enough.
Really great service, sorted a neck problem that I’ve been having for a while and gave me some great exercises to ensure the problem doesn’t come back. Couldn’t recommend highly enough
