19.7.19 Saw a lovely doctor and her helper, Hannah I brought my partner for the coil fitting and was there for support but Hannah was very rude to me and very unprofessional with me. If your nurses can't be impartial and support both men and women then perhaps they shouldn't be there.
I have been using the clinic for 9 years and have always received a great service. I was looking up the number and was surprised to see a bad review, so I thought I would leave my own. The staff are lovely and I have always been treated with respect and got the treatment I required. Thank you for all your help and I will continue to visit you when needed!
Went in for a contraception appointment and both the doctor and nurse were incredibly comforting and helped me get through any anxieties I had. Special mention is Hannah the nurse! Thank you!
Been an nhs occupational health clinic for 6 months now. Not linked to previous services anymore. A lovely group of people work there
Absolutely awful place... First you have problems to actually get appointment because people on phone have no idea what they talking about- misleading patients with wrong information. Later on appointment you meet nurse without important information so you wait and wait till she finds out. Later you end up going back to find out you were misled again. They can’t help you also don’t know where to send you...

I have been calling up daily trying to get an appointment, setting alarms to wake up before 9 trying to be one of the first callers, the line is always busy or I am out on hold for 10 minutes, I understand it is a busy place but I’m not sure what else I am meant to do to get an appointment
