I’ve started going to Total Therapy at Meyrick Park for a sport massage to address issues with my neck and back. My initial session was with Nikola Radovic and I was super impressed with him, so much so I’ve signed up for further sessions. He is clearly very competent and passionate about what he does with a professional approach. The sessions have helped with my mobility significantly and addressed the issues I was having. I would highly recommend Nikola to anyone suffering from neck and back issues but, like me, is putting off doing something about it!

Heard from my customers at work that there's a guy who "does miracles" with your body and helps you get rid of pain in your body like there was no pain ever! Easy communication, he knew exactly where the pain was even without me telling him. Great customer service, great knowledge! Worth every penny. If you are struggling with chronic illness, or just having pain in any parts of your body - go to Nik! He's not one of the people who just wants to take your money and tell you to come again - He's one of the physios who wants to help people in a way so you never need to come back :

part of my weight loss goal was to swim for an hour six days a week. However, this left me with tension around the neck and shoulders. Took a chance and booked an hour's sports massage with Elliot Ward. Elliot identified what needed to be done and proceeded to relieve the problems. Very impressed with his knowledge so booked a further 4 hourly sessions. He certainly knows his subject.

Aside from having the biggest smile in Bournemouth, Nik swiftly and efficiently fixes any muscular injuries. With a crack here and a twist there, the session is completed with style, humour and finesse. Top marks :

I am 33 years old. in 2016, I suffered a back injury that left me bed ridden for a month. Since, I had suffered from chronic pain with near monthly flare ups that were so debilitating I would be bed ridden again. It was seriously impacting my quality of life and none of the months of chiro, physio and massage therapy I had done had helped in the slightest.  In addition, I had limited mobility in my neck and left shoulder and a lot of pain and discomfort in those areas as well.  I thought I had a tear in my shoulder based on the symptoms.  I was resistant to visiting Total Therapy as it seemed my past chiropractor was only interested in repeat appointments and not helping me recover but my boyfriend convinced me to try and I am so grateful he did. In my first appointment with Michael Pride, he took his time and did a more thorough assessment than any other chiropractor or physiotherapist had done.  In that first appointment, he also showed me how to correct my form in the exercises I was doing in order to prevent future injury. I have been seeing Mike since January 2019 and my back is almost at 100%, and my neck & shoulder are dramatically improved. I started with weekly appointments and as I improved, the time between my appointments grew. He is all about helping you recover and not need to see him anymore.  I now April 2019 see Mike every 8 weeks and feel so great between appointments.

Contacted Mike Pride as I had a few ongoing niggles in my back and legs, Mike did a full consultation and then advised a 5 week treatment plan as he was confident we could correct the issues within that time frame. I feel significantly better and Mike has been nothing but straight forward and honest to work with. Highly recommend.

After moving to the local area I was looking for a chiropractor for my family after having experienced a great chiropractor in my old town. I had seen a few locally, none of which had managed to sort my niggles out. Eventually I was unable to do any exercise as the pain had become too much, so I embarked upon finding a really good chiro again! Through a personal recommendation I found Mike at Total Therapy. Mike has a very approachable manner, he is professional, thorough and was quick to identify where most of my problems stemmed from. After a short period of time he had me out of pain and feeling so so much better. I can now embark upon a regular high intensity training regime again, which I am very grateful for, Thank you!
