Nourish Inverness has two parts: one part Organic Vegetarian Cafe, and one part Complementary Therapy Centre!
Nourish Cafe offers a wide range of healthy, organic, vegetarian and vegan food, and also caters to those with allergies or intolerance by providing a lot of dishes which are gluten free, dairy free, sugar free, etc.
Alongside the regular menu we also provide daily specials of soups and hot meals, with usually several vegan and gluten free options available, and an amazing array of cakes and biscuits for those who just want something with their (organic) coffee or tea.
Nourish Therapies offer over 15 different styles of complementary therapy - from Acupuncture to Yoga (and nearly everything in between!).
Our therapists are highly qualified, experienced and professional, and our treatments vary from a spot of luxurious pampering to the support of serious health conditions.
Therapies available include: Allergy Testing, Acupuncture, Alexander Technique Bowen Therapy, Counselling, Cranio-Sacral Therapy, Dr. Hauschka Beauty Therapy, Homeopathy, Hypnotherapy, Mickel Therapy, Physiotherapy, Psychotherapy, Reflexology, Reiki, Thai Massage, Vibrational Medicine, Yoga
Throughout the year Nourish Therapies also runs a variety of workshops and events.
