My brother has been diagnosed with non-hodgekins lymphoma, today he took a day off agency work for a pet scan here, and travelled 19 miles. He arrived and was told can't do it, scanner is broke. And now has to wait 7 day's for scan. They could not be bothered to inform him. Poor service on this occasion.
