they are not supportive. Especially Receptionist .it is very bad customer support and i got appointment 4 weeks later but i need appointment with in one week doctor said .they don't wary about doctors . if i have any big problem happened who got the responsibility.doctor or Receptionist or Hucknall Road Medical Centre trust -i don't know .absolutely harassment . they play with people life

Have little to no convinced in this practice I was called in for blood work yesterday I was told that they would not have the results for seven days I get a stupid text today saying I will have to come back in again in three months as I may be taking too much Thyroid medication. I have previously been under a specialist that had me on the right amount of medication for me and my condition for thirty-five years with no problems at all. Since coming to this medical center most of my medication has been changed to make the doctor feel better not me. I ended up in the hospital and almost died all because these doctors do not know how to treat a patient just a statistic . We are all different what is right for one may not be right for someone else THIS IS PRACTICING MEDICINE AT IT'S WORSE .The doctor never even spoke to me to ask how I was feeling What an idiot. I feel like I am being treated like an idiot I know more about my condition than any of the staff here. They do not even talk to the patient . I AM GOING TO FILE AN OFFICIAL COMPLAINT ABOUT THE POOR CARE THEY GIVE TO THEIR PATIENTS.

Ive been with them for over 3 years now and I cant say anything bad. Great people!

Not very supportive on my family needs. Either they would fab you off on your medical problem or they will tell you it's stress related.
