Just had shoulder surgery and the experience was utterly amazing. The staff have restored my faith in mankind. I have never experienced such kind, charming, professional, hard working and utterly delightful people. I am blown away by the care I received and will never forget it. Thank you to all at City Hospital.

Respiratory Outpatient clinic - hardly any waiting time, staff were lovely and a smashing Consultant who was so approachable and reassuring. We have an amazing NHS and each of us should be fighting to support everyone who works in it.

Really good hospital with many highly professional, caring staff.... As most of the NHS.... I love the staff and volunteers at this hospital..... Very kind and helpful.....

Just returned from the TIA clinic with follow-up ultrasound scan. I was early for both appointments but was not kept waiting. Excellent professional service from consultant and technicians. The hospital is a bit of a maze, but everyone was so helpful. (And the coffee in the coffee bar was good too!)
