Incredibly cosy and a cup of tea and biscuits. I was referred here for complementary therapy with Melissa and she as been great. Always with a listening ear and incredible kindness has helped me feel more like myself.

My gran was in here for a short time and the staff were great. If it was not for the staff I would not have found out my gran passed away. I was ill with a cold and told to stay away but when they knew the time was near they arranged for me to go and say my good byes by moving her to another room away from the other patients. And I was so glad I had that chance. So respect to those that work here.
