A £10 “Development” charge which I believe has been running for around 10 years plus is crazy, considering how basic the airport is. The Greek government could do a better job. I have been to better airports in remote Scotland than Norwich. I would rather fly with Harvey Weinstein than constantly go through this rip off airport regularly.

An airport that is going out of business and wants you to know about it. You'll be charged £10 on arrival for an 'airport development fee', I was never informed about this before my flight and also did not see the results of at all. We were delayed, security took ten minutes considering there was a massive queue of three people ahead of us, on return our luggage took fifteen minutes to come from the plane that was 50ft away from baggage reclaim. All in all, a satisfactory airport, but the management made me feel like a walking wallet. If you want to charge me more money, because you're not developing the airport enough, do it subtlety, such as in my ticket price.

3rd world airport in UK. They charge their clients 10£ extra for nothing. So they charge airline plus passengers. Please close this one... Plus it looks really bad... Generally, airport is a business, so you should make money from passangers flying from. But not using hidden tricks which for me is cheating your clients. What is legal status of that hidden extra cost? According to EU regulations it looks a little illegal for me as full price of the ticket should be presented to customer.... But UK is going out of EU, so probably this is not a big problem anymore...

First time I've flown from this airport and I must say that it's one of the best in Norwich. Lovely friendly little airport. Nice clean, friendly terminal staff.  Managed to print my own bag tag, sailed though security and had a best seat in the departure lounge with all the aircraft coming and going. Hope my flight will be from this airport again in the future

Was not made aware of £10/adult ‘development’ fee. After a bit of research they have been charging this development fee for many years and from my experience there was very little ‘development’ on show. Other than the tech used to charge for the development fee. Appears to be another profit generating tax for all passengers. The airport looked tired with panels missing in ceiling panels, everywhere looked dirty especially the windows.

Generally airport is in need of some development.

I personally will not use airport again and am more than happy to travel to Stansted. Yes may take slightly longer to get to and get through airport but at least it doesn’t look like a shack and lots more to do.
