Good and safe Service from the drivers every time I've used them, nice new cars but service from operators is non existent at times, Booked a taxi on the app for my partner and had it cancelled twice (lucky she checked) when she finally got through was spoken too badly and told it was cancelled because the taxi will cost more as the bridge was shut... no phone call to explain or nothing Just Canceled and Attitude. this coming after waiting an additional 40 minutes a few weeks back after "they weren't sure if we would fit in a minibus" when I booked a normal Taxi. Will not Be using again!

Booked a couple of taxi's yesterday operator was very helpful both taxi's arrived on time, driver's very pleasant & helpful. Rebooked later in evening once again operator & drivers very helpful.

Me and my husband came to visit our daughter and we was all booked in to go to the harbour pub so I called this taxi people very lovely on the phone and we had a taxi for 7.00 outside the premier Inn by fox burrows and from the first time we got into the taxi the man was really lovely he was talking to us having a laugh with us oh he was lovely couldn't of ask for any better well done we then orderd a taxi to take us back for 9.30 outside the harbour inn and we got into a taxi and it was mick how lovely he is wish us a save journey home on Sunday back to birmingham but oh he joined in with us having a laugh really nice man thank god for people like this so me and my family would just like to say to the drivers that work for the taxi firm a big THANK YOU for making us feel welcome we hope you all have a lovely Christmas and don't for get don't drink and drive order a taxi these are very reliable and always on time taxi firm thank you xx

Wow, as my partner had been shopping in London today she'd ordered a taxi from lowestoft Station to home, her taxi turned up and another couple jumped in the car and the taxi pulled away leaving her (a lone female) on the kerb on her own, she had to ring to get another ride, as taxis are ordered by name don't see how she was left behind, I may be wrong but surely a lone female would be no1 on the list and not just the first person to jump in, hopefully will get some response to this,
