I have read the reviews of some unhappy customers, and I feel for them as this is the experience I have had at other dealers. However, I dealt with David F and the whole process was easy. David was patient, knowledgable and a pleasure to deal with, nothing was too much trouble and that is what you want when spending £30k. Everything he said he would do; he did. My car was delivered with a small stone chip on the bonnet, and before even asking, he was already arranging the rectification of it. I will definitely be dealing with them again. Thank you :)

To be honest I didn't think things would get to this stage but they have. Don't buy a used car from them! 145 point check sheet is a waste of paper! Nobody can give you a straight yes or no answer, then when they say they are going to do something the goal posts are moved again! Waste of my time, effort and money! Have asked about 12 times for them to come and pick the car up and nobody is interested!! If you're a hard working person like myself and wanted to treat yourself to one of these cars then expect to be treated like something on the bottom of your shoe!!! Can't trust the car or business at all!! Time wasters!!!!! **6 Month update** I'm really glad that heap of junk outside that I purchased from them is off soon. Cut my losses and move onto something which gives me a bit more confidence when driving it. How they get away with running a business like they do is beyond me. An embarrassment to the Audi brand. Get yourselves over to Bury St Edmunds Audi. Treated with respect and given a great deal on the car of my dreams, nothing is too much trouble for them. I would also like to point out that I shall NEVER be setting foot inside this dealership ever again!

Got a deal on line and was about to sign for a Audi A4 but thought I’d call just to see what they could do. A very nice gentleman explained that although the deal I had was very good they could only match it. I thought that getting it from a local dealer would be nicer so asked if I could get an email of there quote over to ensure it had all that I wanted on it. I also asked if I could book a test drive so that my wife could see what the car was like. The guy failed to send over the email but did say that the test drive was booked for the Sunday. Me and my wife life 45 minutes away so we dropped off my little girl and headed up for the test drive. When we arrived we were met by a friendly receptionist who showed told us to grab a seat. Then a very young salesman turned up who was not the man I had spoken to. He asked about the deal and requested an email of the deal I received to which I was happy to supply thinking that it was just to prove that I hadn’t just picked a number out of my head. At this point he disappeared upstairs to his sales manager. 30mins later he comes back and says that they CAN’T match it now and if I wanted to buy from them then I would have to increase my expenditure and they could meet me in the middle...... at this point I said WHY would I do that??? He then said that he couldn’t let us have a test drive and he had another customer coming in 10 minutes And when I asked about the guy who offered to match the deal we had he then told me that he had been working with them for 3 days (he didn’t deny that he had offered me the deal) so thank you for wasting 3 hours of my Sunday and the very little weekend time I get to spend with my family

Lovely cars and lovely showroom, but the sales staff are a total waste of time. I went in seriously looking for a SUV but after eventually getting the attention of a sales person I was so put off I just walked out. If you really want an Audi, I'd recommend looking at the cars then ordering it off Car Wow or something. At least you get a discount and don't line the pockets of a team that really don't want to know and pre judge you.

Show room is very nice. Smart cars. Only 2 stars because customer service isn't as expected. I was in the show room around 10 minutes and no one attempted to ask me if I needed help. The receptionist appeared to be on the phone the entire time so unable to greet people as they entered the show room. A very similar situation the last time I visited audi. However, just last week I visited the Ford showroom and spoke to the receptionist immediately on arrival, then 3 other members of staff all within the first 10 minutes. This puts me off audi as customer service is very important when purchasing and throughout the lifetime of the car.
