Had 4 visits in total to pick the car we wanted, each time we were given a test drive offered advice on what would suit us. We ended up picking up a Nissan Qashqui (not the car we first went for) It was fully serviced the weekend we got it and we ended up taking out a warranty extender with the blue chip the company they use. They are not pushy, very friendly and willing to meet you in the middle. Billy was the dealer we dealt with and he made the whole experience easy and streamline. I will be back to get my next car from these guys.

Epic customer service. very relaxed, made part exchanging and buying new car very easy. got a car in the spec i wanted with supper low millage all papperwork and two keys. fresh service m.o.t..would recommend spencers to everyone

Don't buy a car from these guys had car for a month then had to have turbo done and timing chain it was under warranty so there own machanics did the work on it they used a cheap turbo that had a leak on it and cracked my ultinator connector and superglue d it back on witch screwed the ultinator up just had the work done at skoda and it's cost me 1600 to put it right shoddy mechanics

Thankyou to billy and all the team at Spencer's. Very very pleased with my new golf. Clean, honest, relaxed establishment with an Excellent selection of car's.. An awful lot of main dealers and competitors could learn a lot from Spencer's.... The concept of advertising, marketing and selling a vechile successfully I'd imagine isn't easy but these guys have cracked it... If you're looking for good used vechile, a relaxed environment, a clean, warm office and an unpushy approach then this is the place to visit... By a countrymile Spencer's offer a better service than any main dealer in Norfolk... My car on pick up was immaculate, as good as new, a credit to the guys in the work shop.. Would highly recommend Spencer's to anyone. Thanks again.... Keep up the good work..
