Went expecting to be offered a really low price, the guy a dealt with was fair reviewing the car and any marks on the bodywork. I was happy with the final agreed price. Quite quick and straight forward.

Great experience Heard only bad things but don't listen to them. Person working there Richard was friendly and managed to meet us somewhere between what we wanted for the car and what they wanted to pay. Price was fair and deductions seemed reasonable. If they knock £38 for something that you know costs £30 then so be it. Reasonable prices and money within an hour. It's a business and they are there to make money if you don't like it out up with tyre kickers instead.......

Excellent friendly experience. Yes I didn't get the price quoted, but my car was not in top condition. The whole process was explained by the member of staff who was one of the most friendliest persons I have had the good fortune to meet. I urge everyone to try them. Be realistic, our cars are never worth what we think!

At we buy any car we were advised the "Guaranteed" price could not in fact be offered because the Car which we had owned from new had only its original Blue log book. The buyer stated "the DVLA had issued every car owner with a new Red log book without which they must discount thier offfer by £200.00. That this is WE BUY any cars policy is not an issue. However the statement is not correct, the DVLA say The DVLA completed the automatic roll out in 2012. The new style red document was automatically issued when: a vehicle was registered for the first time an application was made for changes to an existing registration, such as a change of keeper or address a vehicle was taxed or declared off the road In summary not every car owner has been sent a Red log book, furthermore It is now encouraging the keepers of any vehicles who still have an old style blue V5C to replace it with new a red V5C free of charge. As a professional organisation looking to be trusted you would expect WE BUY ANY CAR to have full knowledge of the facts and advise accordingly rather than reduce their offer by £200.00 for an item they will receive for the cost of a phone call as soon as they own the vehicle
