We'd been searching for a rental property for about 3 months by the time we came across Northwood, and up to that point our experience with letting agents had been very frustrating to say the least, but dealing with Northwood has been a breath of fresh air. Ruth was professional and friendly, and very communicative. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Northwood to anyone, they made the process so easy from start to finish.

I dealt with Northwood Carlisle, This was an excellent experience, All the staff were friendly, well organised and very prompt in getting back to me with email or phone call, usually within the hour. Nothing was to much trouble for them. I would recommend Northwood Carlisle to anyone if they were renting buying or selling. All together a refreshing experience.
Had a very pleasant experience at Northwood, the team is very friendly, and professional, especially services provided by Susan. She was very understanding, helpful always goes the extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction.

The process of selling my property was made easier by the staff at Northwood. Susan, in particular, was very good at quickly responding to queries and chasing up less-than-efficient solicitors.
The folks at Northwood Carlisle have been brilliant the whole way through. My mum is elderly and doesn't have the greatest mobility. Northwood came round to our house with the contracts to sign, rather than getting my mum to travel into their offices. And their plumber Chris treats my mum so well if he has to pop round to get the boiler or radiators working. He's there so fast and super friendly.
