PFK have been brilliant through a very long and complex property sale. The whole team have been excellent to deal with and always available on the end of the phone when needed. Without the hard work put in by Charlie and the team going the extra mile on many occasions the sale would not have gone ahead. We can not thank them enough.

Very pleased with the service I received when selling my house. Michael was so helpful in initially marketing and pricing the property, as well as in taking time to explain answers to the many questions I had as a first time seller. Having rung various agents I telephoned PFK and my call was answered by Charlie.  What an absolute treasure he handled my query with empathy, professionalism and was very friendly. With Charlies help we have managed to secure a rental property for our son.  I cannot praise him enough and if I could give PFK 10 stars I would. Thank you Charlie not forgetting Pauline who was very helpful and friendly when Charlie was away from the office.

We had a problematic sale process, entirely due to the buyers and their awful solicitors. Charlie did everything in his power to keep the process moving and we thank him for the huge effort he put in over the 7 months. We give 4/5 as we feel PFK built up our expectations a year ago for a quick sale at a higher price but the reality is it took 5 months to find a buyer.

I have sold a few houses through PFK now and always find them to be very professional and fast workers. I have also gained vast knowledge by working with their lettings team over the past few years. They’re always happy to help, in any way they can. Charlie has been my main point of contact over the years and has always been swift and responsive any time we’ve done business.
