Arrogant, rude and awful customer service.  Made an appointment to view a rural property on a specific date and time - the agent had refused to give me her contact details or e-mail confirmation of the viewing, despite it being quite hard to find and at a time when their office would be closed.  Waited an hour at the property and the agent failed to attend. When she did then attend for a viewing with someone else there was no apology and she denied having made any appointment for me!

Generally rude and abrupt on the phone.  They act like it’s a hassle to arrange a viewing and that they’re not bothered about selling properties.  Never received the home report yet either (Scottish property)

Helpful hint to anyone interested in a house being marketed by H&H King....go to the house knock on the door and tell the owners you are interested in their property but only if H&H King have absolutely nothing to do with the sale. H and H stands for "hopeless" and "horrific" and "King" they certainly are in my opinion.
