Yeah I honestly wouldn't deal with this estate agents I'm afraid. The initial set up of viewing my house to getting it listed was fast but that's as far as it got.. ..they arranged viewings with people who didn't want the area, just felt like they wanted as many people to view my house to keep me sweet and happy regardless of them having no interest in my property or location. Once my house was sold that's when everything dragged and took 11 months to complete and the funny thing is the estate agent and buyers solicitor were BPK and it just felt like they purposely dragged their feet and I had no contact from BPK during the sale.
Advertise themselves as Market Leading with 40+ years experience !? We' ve been involved in property in Cumbria and further afield for 50+ years well over 125 years between us! and never heard of them until this week! We've attempted to arrange viewings with them over the phone - with promises of same day viewings only for viewings not to happen and no follow up. Seem totally disinterested/indifferent despite complaints!
Thoroughly professional and thorough in what they do. Personable and very approachable too. Couldn't fault any aspect of the service received. Gillian was our lead person and then Eddy and Julie when she was on leave. Piers did the key handover. Thank you :
Thank you BPK for helping us find our first home in Cumbria. We had lost 2 properties before from other Agents and were rather hesitant to commit to another property in case of disappointment. However this was not the case and our purchase went through very quickly. We spoke to various members of staff and they were all professional and polite to us. Thanks BPK.
After spending most of my career dealing with solicitors who were out of touch and in no rush to get the job done , we started using BPK for both our personal and company property transactions. Sarah Coyles and Vince Lung are an asset to this company they do the job right 1st time, are always available if needed and are excellent to deal with. They get the job done quickly and efficiently and have managed to get a few deals over the line for us that have been time sensitive. If you are looking for a company that is down to earth and living in the real world and can complete a job properly , 1st time ,then BPK are the answer. 100% recommended
Never normally one to write a review however on this occasion I felt I must given the level of service we received especially from Eddy Cain. We didn't make his job easy with a few twists and turns but he was cool, calm and professional and most important communicative all the way through and without his skills we wouldn't have got the deal over the line. If only all agents adopted the same level of service then it would make the whole process of buying and selling a lot less stressful for people. Thanks again Eddy and to the rest of the BPK team.
I have just completed on a purchase today, which was sold through BPK Estate Agents, and I couldn't sing their praises enough! I mainly dealt with Eddy face-to-face and he was always punctual and professional at all of the viewings I requested and I always felt supported but was also given the space to explore on my own. I also had positive telephone interactions with Julie, who answered my queries in a professional and speedy manor. I found the speed of my calls being answered and the quality of the responses I received to be of a great standard and well worth the 5 stars I have given - thanks again for all of your help guys
I rented a flat with BPK over a period of approximately 18 months. I am pleased to report that the service I received from Julie at BPK was excellent at the start, throughout and at the end of the tenancy. Friendly and efficient agents to work with, and therefore highly recommended.
BPK acted as our agent for both our sale and new puchase. Happy to recommend them. Especially wish to thank Karl for his unwavering encouragement that we would find our new home when we were beginning to think not. He genuinely wanted us to be happy with our purchase. There was no pressure from Karl when we made it clear from the start that we would not complete until we found a suitable home even if it meant losing our sale. He was always very approachable, professional and happy to give any advice that we asked for.
