PFK were excellent in every way with our recent house sale. From valuation to sale they acted totally professionally and made every effort to keep us informed as to progress. Tessa produced the most professional valuation pack of any and was very accurate in her estimate of sale price. Jenni was enthusiastic about the house and took the time to learn about its' features etc which I am sure helped with the sale. They were worth every penny of their comission as I believe we actually achieved a higher price than we would have done with another agent so our net income was greater.

PFK Carlisle were the estate agents we used to sell our home. Tessa came to visit and discuss our needs. She spent a couple of hours looking at our property and giving valued advice. She returned to take photographs and then put together an amazing sales brochure. She was professional, courteous and extremely pleasant.  The sale of our home only took two days from appearing on the market. We dealt mainly with Jenni Wharam during the sale and we always found her to be extremely knowledgeable, helpful, cheerful and pleasant. Nothing ever appeared to be too much trouble. Jenni kept in touch with us at very regular intervals throughout the sales process. On the odd occasion I was unable to speak to Jenni, Ash and Emma in the office were also very helpful.  We can highly recommend the services of PFK and the whole Carlisle office team.

From our initial contact with Tess to exchange and completion PFK have been very professional throughout the process of our sale. Ash has been very supportive and helpful and has gone the "extra mile" for us. Jenni was always available as backup. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend PFK to other sellers.

Ash, Tessa and the team at PFK have been absolutely brilliant. I chose PFK for a sale valuation. Appointment quickly and efficiently arranged and undertaken by "Tessa" from Carlisle. I have sold 8 previous main homes North & South of the border and "know the ropes".  What a breath of fresh air to meet someone who explored the property and my knowledge of it carefully and considerately: who didn't hit me with the 'hard sell' and the usual pushy banter.  Someone very personable who knows her market and the national picture. To say I was impressed is an understatement.  The written analysis report she supplied was thorough and exacting and was accompanied by a discussion and further explanation.  Wow.   I did not approach another Agent for a competitive quote!!  Her research could not have been bettered.   I shall engage them again.

Jenni Wharam PFK was both helpful and professional. My dealings with Jenni were as a purchaser, but based on experience to date if I was selling I wouldn’t hesitate to use PFK in the Carlisle area.

I can’t thank the PFK team enough for overseeing the sale of our home. Having been involved in two house sales previously, and finding those experiences highly stressful; I was bracing myself for a similar scenario. PFK demonstrated their professionalism, knowledge and experience of house selling and I felt I was shielded from all the unnecessary stresses whereby they dealt with all the viewings and negotiations with our buyers. I found this useful as I feel it helped to keep a distance from what can be a highly emotional transaction. They were able to provide ongoing support and advice and had the foresight to ensure the sale moved at a pace that was acceptable to both parties. PFK also suggested a solicitor who was supportive and highly competent. Thank you to the whole PFK team- I know my house sale wasn’t plain sailing and I really couldn’t have done it without the ongoing support from the team.

The team of staff at PFK are extremely friendly, knowledgeable, kept me up to date on all aspects of the sale and definately went above and beyond on occasions.

We found Ashley Tudhope extremely helpful, friendly and professional at all times.  He made every effort to find us a property that took into account all our very specific requirements.
