I visited KwikFit - Lower Hampstead today and had a generally positive experience. The staff were all very nice and polite, and the service itself was good. However, I did notice that the receptionist seemed quite busy and wasn't particularly welcoming. It is a Saturday and he was the only available staff member as a receptionist, so I can understand that he may have been overwhelmed.  On the downside, I did find that the quote provided by KwikFit was very expensive compared to other known garages. Additionally, I was asked to change one tyre that I had only replaced a few months ago because the manufactured date was considered too old, even though the tyre tread was still new. This was disappointing, as it felt like an unnecessary expense.  Overall, I would still recommend this location for its quality service and friendly staff, but would advise caution when it comes to pricing and repairs/replacement recommendations.

I called Kwik Fit on Lissenden Gardens this morning to see if I could get assistance with a flat tyre, I was advised that I would not be able to get any help until after Christmas. After explaining my desperation, I was advised to visit the branch but will have to leave my car until a Mechanic could squeeze me in. I got a call to come and collect my vehicle after 5 hours which I am eternally grateful for, a massive thank you to Darren and his team for helping our family in need for the Christmas. I would recommend anyone to visit as the customer service is amazing and the guys go above and beyond to help.

Came in today for a diagnostic report was greeted with a smile dealt with swiftly they got to the bottom of my problem and I'm so happy I've booked in for a service with them in a week's time. Keep up the good work lads I will be recommending to whoever will listen. 1 happy customer

It was the end of the year, I had a puncture that morning and I was due to drive to a New Year's Eve party in the evening. I called Kwikfit and although there were no booking slots, the guy asked me to bring it in after 11am and they would try their best to fit me in. So I did. They fixed it within half an hour, and I drove away feeling very, very happy.

I turned up unannounced on a Sunday morning and the guys were massively accommodating and fit me in then and there. Very helpful, friendly and gave clear explanation on what the issue was and my available options. Big thanks to Amadu and the other gentleman who assisted me in the reception office!

Really awesome service, they got me sorted same day I called and were very open and professional. They even noticed another issue and gave me a recommendation of where to get it sorted. Definitely be using them again.

Such a great team of guys, happy to help and share knowledge. I was with my 18 month old daughter and I was dreading the wait but as we were waiting it was clear this group of guys were not only knowledgeable, they were kind and very competent.

They, the Gospel Oak branch, were brilliant and very kind to me in a crisis. I was driving to the hospital where my husband is dangerously ill and suddenly got a flat tyre. They asked the other customers whether they would mind if I jumped the queue and had me back on my way to the hospital with two new tyres in no time at all. And they were also very kind in their dealings with me.

Ryan and his manager Darren ? have been very honest and professional. This place is run like an efficient local garage rather than a supermarket type of in and out. Very appreciative of the help.

Friendly, local, branch happy to go above and beyond to fix a flat tire last minute on Easter Monday. Checked in, fixed and on my way in less than 30 minutes.
