The dentist and dental assistant were very nice. I had a filling replaced due to decay under the filling. I think they really care for their patients. The reception staff are nice. I like that they phone the day before the appointment to remind you about it.
Excellent cosmetic work by Dr Prem, I am beyond satisfied with the way my teeth look now. The staff are very professional and friendly. Would come back here for all my future dental treatments. I highly recommend this place.
Was really nervous about visiting the dentist as I was in such pain. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff were really welcoming & put me at ease whilst I was waiting to see Dr Prem. He explained what treatment was needed & I can honestly say I didn’t feel anything. Would definitely recommend him.
Fantastic Cosmetic dental work! After not being completely happy with my smile for a little while I decided to see Dr Prem who went on to do an amazing job with composite bonding on my front teeth,closing those gaps which I so disliked and this has given me a completely new look & smile that I absolutely love!! I have done my dental care in West Hill Dental Practice , first of all, the place is so hygienic, and the atmosphere is calm. Dr Prem Kumar was my doctor, and he was so polite and did the treatment methods and process so well and gently. I have done my treatment 2 weeks before and I am feeling so well now. thank to the team.
Prem is one of the best cosmetic dentists that I have ever seen, I was struggling with a problematic tooth and he was able to take me out of pain and restore the tooth beautifully! No one can tell it is a filling! The practice is also under new management and I could see the changes already! Thank you Prem, the Practice manager and team, for the fantastic work.
Dr Prem spent time trying to re-fix my old bridge as a temporary measure. He was excellent, kind and supportive of a very anxious patient. Hopefully I will be able to have implants in the future.
The service provided was of high standard and the staff was helpful and friendly. Dr Prem gave me good advices, which I can see it is helping with the issue I had concerning my gums. Thank you West Hill Dental Centre
