I came in for a check up after a few years and was very very anxious, as soon as I entered the practice I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist, the dentist I saw was very kind and helped me calm my nerves, she  explained everything and was very polite. I never thought I would leave the dentist smiling until I visited ark g.  I have recommended the practice to all my friends and family. Very happy with my experience

Margarita Allen is brutal! Do NOT allow her near your mouth. I have never had such an awful dental experience! Rude, abrupt, absolutely NO people skills. I did not expect to be almost shouted instructions at. Just awful. Never again! If it weren’t for the nice receptionist I wouldn’t even give it one star.

Ark G Dental and Cosmetics Center !!! At this practice I had the best experience, Dr Margarita is amazing and is explaining everything about your treatment and gives all the options. The  nurses and the receptionist are very polite and always with a smile on their faces .

I will try and make this brief as i can, but so much has happened...I broke a tooth in July and couldn't find an NHS dentist in the new area i live, so out of complete desperation I reluctantly went back to Ark where I was still registered...I say reluctant because a few years ago Dr Appollonius Allen chipped a tooth. Anyway receptionist lovely and saw a dentist who was a trainee, he was polite and professional but after a cost of just over £300 and in total 4 trips from start to finish to fit an onlay then to shave it down but not by same dentist...I then had to return before Christmas because I was experiencing pain from the same tooth...I was met with being told I had to pay to check the tooth that was done by them...after refusing assertively I was seen by the practice manager Dr Margarita Allen, she was rude, spoke over me, and said that her trainee who did the treatment was not her responsibility, after asking me to relay the treatment I had I challenged her saying surely there are notes she then took another xray and showed the comparison and wasn't giving me much of a solution, I said I could feel a small gap between the tooth and onlay and she reluctantly filled it, then 15 minutes into consultation or should I call it more confrontation she said you will need a root canal, I was puzzled how she just happen to reach that conclusion, I knew I was fighting a losing battle and she said if I need more treatment I will have to pay. As soon as I left cried walking back to my car..I felt so upset and poorly treated and all I could think was how someone with no assertiveness would cope. It is really unprofessional and hope I will never have to resort to go back there again. Horrible unprofessional woman...but have to say receptionist remained professional, whatever she thought of the situation!

I’m not fan of dentists!!  but after visiting ArkG and Dr Margarita, she made me feel comfortable and explained all prior and during the process I can honestly say I will not worry about dentists again especially as they gave me my smile back.  Thank you ArkG

I’ve never had a good dentist experience in my life until now I’m so happy with the treatments and service I’ve received They are so friendly non judgmental and reassuring I would recommend to anyone especially if you are nervous or embarrassed my children have also been here and family members and have all been treated amazingly Sana has really given me my confidence back and the lady with her didn’t get her name The most friendly team and receptionist Thank you

I'm usually so scared of going to the dentist.  But right from a friendly greeting by Amber at reception who is always extremely helpful and polite.. to Margarita my amazing Dentist.  She not only makes me feel calm but does an amazing job.  I am so impressed with the work she has done to my teeth. Thank you so much. I no longer have to live with the pain as I'm not afraid to come to see you at Ark Dental Surgery.  HIGHLY RECOMMENDED  ***** Kelly J

I’ve always been a nervous patient for years but Margarita has always made me feel comfortable and all the staff have as well. I have just recently had my teeth done and had veneers and they look amazing and I can’t thank them enough, if your looking for the perfect work, honesty and results these are the people you need too see.And also a big shout out to Amber on reception for always being a lovely bubbly soul and giving out sound advice.

I am a very anxious patient but found the experience at this dentist very easy sana iqbal and her colleagues were amazing at putting me at ease and talked me through everything step of my treatment 100% would recommend to anyone who has anxiety about visiting dentist.

Had an excellent experience at the dental clinic. Felt very welcomed and comfortable from the moment I walked in.
