I was referred for specialist treatment. Dentist Marta and Nurse Carla looked after me. You can’t make root canal treatment nice but Marta and Carla were excellent. Explained everything, were very supportive and made me feel in very safe hands. I am very grateful to them.

I was referred to Bexleyheath for two lots of root canal treatment. From the first stages of  arranging appointments by phone to completion of my treatment I was very impressed by the calm and thorough manner the practice operated. Dentist Marta and nurse Carla worked incredibly professional together and kept me informed and comfortable during the whole of two root canal processes. Many thanks for all of your help. The service at Bexleyheath Dental Practice has been amazing and demonstrate complete patient care.  Treatment received has been professional. Would like to thank Dr Swati for her caring and professional approach in explaining treatment options available and for going above and beyond to see ensure that I receive treatment required promptly. Alisha for her help with my appointments and queries.  As well as Dr Marta and nurse Carla for their professional manner, thorough explanation of the treatment received, and frequently checking that I was ok throughout the treatment. Going from absolute tooth pain to treated and resolved in just over a week is fantastic service. Thank you to you all.

I am an incredibly nervous patient and had to come in for an emergency root canal treatment and then have recently had crown fitted at Bexleyheath dental practice. I was so so anxious to come in and hadn’t been to the dentist for years because of my fear but my dentist, Irina, made me so comfortable and was absolutely incredible. I couldn’t reccomend this surgery or thank Irina enough for all her patience and hard work!

Fantastic service. I was referred to root canal specialist for root canal surgery.  Great care taken by the dentist and her assistant very reassuring bedside manner made to feel totally at ease. Couldn’t recommend them more.

Excellent practice, modern and very clean, service is excellent. I got 2 appointments on the same day, Wednesday 1/2 and hour apart after contacting them on a Monday afternoon. Dentists are very caring and professional and receptionist staff gave excellent customer service, very polite.  Highly recommended practice.

There was an error with booking in today however the practice was very attentive in fixing the error by seeing me as soon as possible and were more than apologetic. It really wasn’t a problem, these things happen! Even after giving me an appointment as soon as possible they then offered me another follow up appointment that same day.  Additionally when getting through to the actual dental appointment my dentist and assistant Zee and Debra were fantastic with a quality that is hard to beat. Both kept me updated of the actions they were taking before they did so and continued to check in with me asking how I was doing, very considerate. The summary was clear and they walked me through what the next few appointments will look like - even made the effort to ask me how my day was going and what I did for a living :  The practice is great and they always go above and beyond for their patients, thanks everyone!

I went into the dental practice today for fillings, I hadn't been for 4 years , so was nervous to say the least. The dentist I saw was Zee and Barbara dentist nurse . Zee put me at ease straight away , they were both caring and kind. Thank you to you both.

I have had a great  experience visiting my dentist with my son. His name is Nigasan and he’s very kind and friendly. Practice nurse good to. I’m very happy with this dentist and so is my son.
