Thrifty Car and Van Rental Southampton

WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Come here all the time and had a great experience with Barry every time! Until Today (01/05/18 @ 5.20pm) Barry was not in and we got seen by 2 other guys who was rude, arrogant and very unprofessional. Over charged us, raised there voice towards us (which we have on record) followed us out to continue the argument and even called me a name! Will definitely make sure none of these men get away with it!

Today I have to return my car :( I'm assuming the return experience will be as good as the first. The guys who served me on Tuesday 29th August (2pm) were absolutely wonderful! They did a great job and gave me clear and concise service. It wasn't a 2 minute job and they showed me around their facility to make sure I had a vehicle that was right for me. Could not have done more! 11/10 thank you! I will not be hiring a vehicle from anywhere else in future! Richard

Through my own fault entirely, I left my diary in the hire car which was brought to me by Thrifty, Salisbury and collected from Winchester by Thrifty, Southampton. I phoned at lunchtime the following day, they found it in the car and it was in my mailbox when I got back home at 4pm the same day. Service with a capital S! Thank you Team.

Great service, especially the delivery part and customer interaction. Hassle free upgrades but you need to appreciate how busy these guys can get ! Thanks for your support.
