Amazing friendly people. Furniture is excellent quality. One of dining chairs was faulty but it was replaced no hassle.  I bought dining table and chairs and sideboard. My daughter bought dining table 2 sideboards and coffee table amazing prices.

Beware: Unlawful refusal of refund after showing quality issues in table as per photo after 7 days of ownership. Sale items which are all the items in shop are non-refundable.  Very poor quality, service and just a generally terrible experience.

Paul was very helpful and sold me two pieces of furniture got great customer service.Look forward on shopping again. Thankyou.

Same as other people have stated ordered a bookcase never received any confirmation apart from order number ,next day received a refund with no explanation

Nothing but positive things to say about this company. Absolutely love my new furniture , full set of the simply charcoal range .  it’s beautiful. Customer service could not of been better. Mrs Fisher.

Bought 2 wardrobes 2 chest of drawers and 2 bedside cabinets. Really pleased with them.Good service and good prices for good quality furniture. Steve was helpful and had them delivered very quickly. Delivery men were very pleasant and helpful.5 stars from me and I'll be going back for more shortly .

This company have appalling customer service. Just don't trust them at all. I ordered an item there were 10 in stock according to their website on Wed 4 January and the payment went through according to a receipt from Paypal. I didn't hear anything directly from the company and I was going to ring on Monday to ask about delivery. Out of the blue on Sunday I received a refund notification from Paypal with no explanation or apology. I rang their official number and eventually got through to a woman who blamed issues with stock control on "IT problems". Apparently they have  only been at work since Friday. The item is still listed on their website and there are still 10 in stock. Don't expect them to apologize for anything.

Really disappointed with customer service having chosen it because it was a local north east company. Poor instructions for collection from warehouse and unable to contact by phone - called many times. No apology given for this just told it was our fault. Lovely furniture but I will not be shopping here again.

Grabbed an excellent bargain! Defo be back again!!
