Shocking customer service.  Delivery didn't happen when they promised.  Told me it wasn't possible to have double hanging rails then the delivery/installation guys said its easy.  Owner promised to arrange for these additional rails and never heard from him again.  Once they have your money they forget about you.  Furniture actually isn't bad however!!

I decorated my full bedroom from NE Furniture after being reccomended by a friend. The service in store was so perosnal as they helped bring my vision to life. The delivery was also incredibly efficient which is sometimes a worry as deliveries can be stressful. Overall, incredibly impressed with the quality of the furniture. It's really made my house into a home, and I can tell the pieces are gonna last forever. Can't wait to decorate the rest of my house using them.
