I agree with your last review, you do not get what you originally ordered, they tell you you can have this and that and tell you what you want to hear, they even write their own reviews to con people into a false sense of security, then they deliver a different item thats cheaper. I am busy looking into this store and finding out what can be done, in the meantime. PLEASE DOT NOT SHOP HERE. BE WARNED.

DON'T WASTE your MONEY! and READ THE FOLLOWING  - unless you want to enter into litigation...you get a 'feel' for the place as soon as you enter and the shops reputation precedes them...they are legendary for their rudeness and extremely poor customer service - especially when something goes wrong - and that happens a lot here...my son put a deposit on a bed here literally two days ago on Saturday 14/04/18  after the salesman coerced him into buying a totally unsuitable bed and mattress...i accompanied my son today 16/04/18 to see the bed he ordered and was speechless that the salesman had not even encouraged my son to 'sit' on the mattress the SALESMAN chose for him...one of those cheap, nasty Orthopaedic mattresses with no 'give' or comfort, the SALESMAN as insisting to me that 'the mattress came with the bed' and we argued because he denied that you can 'mix and match' bed and mattress - when i told my son to sit on it, he was horrified and asked the salesman to change it for a more comfortable one - an extra cost of £60.00...the salesman's whole tactic and attitude was to 'not allow any other opinion but his own', talking over the top of everything you say, interrupting and repeating himself over and over, i had to keep reminding him that, 'we were not retarded' and 'there was no need for him to keep shouting' >> classic 'passive-aggressive'  salesman minus the 'passive'...when you explain that you're not happy and want your money back...they suddenly throw all these shades and 'clauses' - which were NEVER mentioned before you handed over the money...the Manageress effectively blackmailed my son by increasing an already unlawful 25% 'payment for cancellation' to a CRIMINALLY INSANE 50%  - this is not 'business' people it's THEFT...the Manageress also weighed in with 'super-aggression' by staring at me for an extraordinary period of time and then asking me, 'what are you looking at!?' - you just couldn't make this up...*ADDITIONAL NOTE* made on 17/04/18 - my son asked for a refund not only 'ON THE SAME DAY' of paying the balance - but almost immediately after the payment of £360.00 had gone through and the manageress repeatedly told us - 'he couldn't have a refund because the MANUFACTURERS HAD ALREADY MADE THE BED...we knew that this was highly unlikely because 'NO' BED MANUFACTURERS IN THE UK WHO WORK ON 'ANY' WEEK-END! but even if this was true - it is unlawful to demand 50% of the £460.00...they lured my son back to this shop under the pretext of a refund on 17/04/18 and the manageress effectively stole an additional £230.00 from his bank account so that they now have a total of £690.00  - naturally, I reported them to the police...'watch this space' - but don't give them your money, the are CON-FUSION ARTISTS...who use the 'Civil Laws' to circumvent criminal prosecution..

i got a wonderful piece of furniture delivered last week, had a slight problem which was resolved straight away. Excellent customer service and the delivery men were friendly. Would definitely recommend.

OMG I have to thank home store I love my floating crystal fireplace the sales man was so helpful honestly I'm over the moon I would recommend anyone to go there

My daughter purchased three pictures from them one of them was in stock which we brought home the other two had to be ordered. After getting the other two home we realised that their was glue dripped all over the picture, glitter and stones where also missing so my daughter took them back the next day and was told that because they where "CUSTOM MADE" there was nothing they could do even though they where clearly faulty.  Luckily my daughter stood her ground and was offered the same two pictures that the shop had in (which had all the glitter and stones attached and no glue marks on).
It's a shame I was going to order a £1000 dining table from them but won't be doing that now.
