We recently furnished a new apartment through this Habitat store and cannot speak highly enough of the service, and the high quality of the products. The staff in particular have been amazing, placing and chasing up orders, organising deliveries and even ringing up after delivery to make sure we were happy with everything. The high level of service has been such a refreshing experience. Thank you Andrew and team!
I’ve always been a Habitat fan and not a keen online shopper so this Habitat, although small , is a godsend . Even if there isn’t the product in the store the staff are super helpful in helping you with your purchases . The assistant who served me last time, Sam, was really conscientious and made sure I had all the info I needed . A real find inside the Sainsbury’s building .
Tucked away in one corner of the huge Sainsbury's in Heaton, I think long standing fans of Habitat will find this shop very convenient. I also think for those who don't know Habitat, this shop is a good introduction and a good inspiration.
Did not realise we had a Habitat on our doorstep until we found this online. We rang first and Steph recognised us from the phone call when we visited. Good range, good prices, friendly staff. Will definitely return
Not as much stock the day we visited, I was disappointed because I had a list of item's I wanted . I bought a vase and a table runner that were in the sale so it was ok after all.
Too small to really stock much and catalogue/online deliveries take from 3 days for small items up to 2 weeks for large items to arrive, so one might ask what the point of having this mini-store here is, other than that it adds a bit of colour and variety to the host store.
Worst experience ever, I walked out with £2,500.00 because they had zero interest in making a sale. Shame on the pair of you, give the jobs to people who want them. Contacted customer service, no interest as well I will feed it back. Lost me as a long time customer.
Great family run halal supermarket in the heart of Heaton. Good prices and better meat. Something for everyone. Highly recommended.
Great merchandise, just like the Habitat of old.
Not a huge place but what it has is fab. Has just about everything
