Excellent lighting shop and very helpful staff

I am an electrician and have just fitted a light fitting from this shop. For a dedicated lighting shop to sell such poor quality items is not acceptable. Their advice to the customer about adjusting the cord lengths would have been completely impractical also. 
My local electrical wholesaler do not stock many brands and items if they determine them to be not up to the mark. I think Cotterels could take a leaf out of their book. Afterall this is a dedicated lighting shop, it is not Matalan or Asda.. 
I went on their website to initially review the item itself but they have no ratings system, hence this review. I won't be going to this shop if they are happy to sell  such poorly manufactured items.
