A fabulous display of garden furniture, we looked on line first but thought we needed to sit and get a feel for comfort and see the quality. But no worries there it’s all high end! Diane helped with all our questions & dilemmas was very knowledgeable and had lots of advice. A very easy purchase with stock available more or less immediately, or like us we weren’t quite ready so planned ‘free delivery’ to suit our time frame. Delivery was on time and with a friendly guy happy to help with positioning although we were left it boxed until later. everything comes assembled just the cushions to unwrap and within 15 mins we were sitting with a drink enjoying the view. Great experience would highly recommend.
Ordered our corner unit set on Friday, arrived on the following Monday and we were using it Monday afternoon. My only complaint was the delivery occurred when I’d hoped for a relaxing day after a very busy weekend, so no complaint at all! We are delighted with the units, found the purchasing process very straightforward and the delivery was great, we would recommend anyone to buy from this excellent company.
The furniture showroom was full of choice and Diane was very pleasant and helpful with all our enquiries .Now looking forward to a decent summer to enjoy our lovely New furniture! Graham and Barbara

From the minute we entered the large showroom which was full of garden furniture sets of many different types, colours and styles we knew we’d come to the best place to find the set for us. The hard part was choosing the one for us. Anyway, after lots of changes of mind and discussions with the really helpful and patient staff, we chose our favourite. After that, the process couldn’t have been simpler. Delivery from stock took a couple of days. Really well packaged, brought into the garden by the most helpful, knowledgable and cheerful driver ever to come here and we opened the boxes and it was straight onto the patio and being sat on within minutes. So happy with our choice and the service from JB was outstanding.
Great place very helpful lady let us peruse around not pushy and really honest and helpful Over the moon with our choice great set for limited space ,delivered by a lovely upbeat driver few and far between so definitely worth a visit with no obligation
Absolutely brilliant service from start to finish. Loads of advice about the different products available without any pressure to buy. It took us a while to decide exactly what we wanted but when we did everything went like clockwork from placing the order right through to delivery. On that point, I can’t praise the delivery driver enough. Very friendly and nothing was too much trouble for him. Top marks to JB Furniture. If you want a great service from start to finish, JB’s the place to go.
Excellent selection of quality furniture and very helpful staff at Ossett outlet. Very efficient service, bought sofa set Wednesday, and was delivered to Thornton within 24 hours. Have previously purchased from here and goods and services are excellent and consistent. Thank you very much
