This beauty salon went far and beyond my expectations. I have done a skin treatment with wonderful results! I am so pleased! I have also tried a massage. I have booked a few more right after. I left the Chelsea Spa with a better skin and much better mood. The therapists are friendly, caring and diligent. I will see them very often after my first visit!
I had a few face massages with Sugar and they were wonderful! She is excellent at lifting my cheeks and making me look and feel beautiful. She also did brighten my eyes as I asked for and the results were absolutely amazing! I come to see her every week for a facial and I love it, best hour of the week and she also do the best head massages when I have my mask on
Mala has got magic fingers, her massages are so relaxing. She offers a lot of different facials, I have tried most of them and they are amazing! After any treatments, you feel relax! Honestly, the best experience. The staff was so welcoming and super lovely. A special mention for Shagufta, really made a difference to my experience. The facial I booked was the teenage facial and it felt so amazing. Highly recommend.

The most unprofessional massage I have ever had. Did not put the effort did the massage seating on a chair and what was supposed to be a full body massage ended up being a 40’ scalp massage that ruines my hair. Rest of body barely massaged. She did not like the background music from the spa and in the middle of the massage started turning music on and off interrupting the massage going to ask someone else to change the music which was perfectly fine with me: the paying customer.
I have been visiting Mala for years and have never had a reason to change my beauty therapist ! The salon in Chelsea is immaculate and cozy; the team are always welcoming and the services I have used are the best I have had, anywhere in the word. Even though located in an exclusive area in London, the prices are reasonable and I always leave feeling relaxed and happy even after a wax!!.
I treated myself to a Kiwi & Pom facial as my skin needed hydration. The place was recommended to me by a friend, and it did not disappoint! Very welcoming reception, ever so helpful staff and a wonderful treatment as a result. I thoroughly enjoyed the facial massage, it was so relaxing it nearly sent me to sleep. My skin felt plump and revitalised after the treatment - just what I wanted to achieve. Will definitely go back!
