Was so happy with my first appointment there so I got the same treatment for my mum few weeks later- on a supposed to be 45min express hydrafacial the therapist literally spent 30min on my mums face, apparently they even the time you get ready in the room is also part of the treatment !!??? So disappointed. I literally call them afterwards as I wanted to discuss further with the manager but never bothered calling me back or send an email. Disgusting customer service giving such a bad image to Harvey Nichols !
I have seen some of the bad reviews here and its confusing because I have been here so many times and received the best service everytime. They are understanding, don't rush their treatments, recommend products and treatments tailored to you without being pushy in the slightest and I leave everytime with my skin looking amazing thank you all! See you again soon.
I went to see Dr. Manesh for Mesotherapy and I am super happy with the service. She is lovely. Definitely coming back :
Always professional and friendly service here, I come for a Hydrafacial at least twice a year for the cleanest my skin ever feels, and the cool laser treatment visibly reduced my pores and gave a fantastic glow.
This place transformed my skin, I had bad acne and pigmentation but regular hydrafacials helped so much, my skin and confidence improved so much. The team always made me feel so comfortable and give the best advice. Highly recommend!
Used to have an amazing girl working there, so used to go religiously for 2 years, every month. Last time, had gone to another beautician, who had burned my skin with a ‘complimentary’ treatment. When I complained to the manager, she only booked me a whole week after my appointment to ‘look at’ my skin, suggesting she didn’t believe my burn, even though I had sent very clear pictures, from all angles. Skin had become more congested, and too aggressive with the extractions. Very very disappointing, and will not be going back. Highly DO NOT recommend this place. Not professional and poor customer service.
Amazing service, this is my favourite clinic to go to for any beauty concerns! Dr Nikita is especially talented and patient, as she listens to your wishes and is very realistic in her approach. xx
The Hydra Facial here was absolutely fab! Staff were so friendly and helpful, as soon as Covid-19 is over, I will be straight back in again to get my skin sorted by the Beyond team!

Absolutely awful customer service at this clinic. I booked my appointment 2 weeks beforehand and explained my medical history in detail. After driving up from Wales on the day was told I could not have the treatment due to some medication I was taking. The receptionist wasn't the least bit sympathetic. Safe to say I will not be stepping foot inside this clinic again
