The food was good, but service was extremely slow and inattentive. After being seated, it took at least 10 minutes for a wait staff member to show up at our table. We had to ask multiple times for water and glasses and then never got our carafe refilled when we asked for it. We then had to wait at least 10 minutes for our check. Also, maybe it’s an American thing, but rice is not included in the entree price, so know that going in to the experience. Dietary restrictions: I really appreciated that the menu items were labeled as vegan and gluten free, but I am not sure all of the labels were accurate one said no garlic/onion but had garlic in the description.
The food was absolutely delicious! I highly recommend the Paneer Chilli; it's the best dish I've tried. We also enjoyed the hara bhara kebabs, shezwan momos, paneer tikka masala, and malai soya chaap. Every dish was flavorful and well-prepared. Roop, our server, was incredibly supportive and attentive, adding to our wonderful dining experience.
It's a nice Indian restaurant in gta. The food was awesome, and so was the service. Good menu and price are reasonable. Ambiance is also good and ample place for dinein. Liked everything we ordered also the drinks are good. The washroom sign needs a bit of work. I was waiting outside the washroom for some time and noticed the signs are not very clear to male and female rooms. Many people were getting confused.
I would recommend this as one of the best north Indian restaurants in the GTA. Excellent ambience, food, and service. The decor is soothing and inviting. Great place for family and friends outings. Beliram mutton and meethi murg were really good. Good portions. Reasonably priced. For a group of four we spent around 130 to 170 dollars. The price includes a 40 percent tip. Recommend without any reservations. Keep up the good work folks. Yogita added positively to the whole experience! Thanks
Great Indian place to eat at. They serve authentic and delicious food. The portions are just the right size. The spice level is on point! Sunburst drink is a perfect refreshing addition , too bad it has way too much ice in it. This is a must try! They provide great service and have very polite and attentive staff.Food: 5/5
Miss Roop is fabulous. She is very welcoming and warm. We are frequent visitors of Nirvana. We really liked the service of Miss Yogita as well. She is an outstanding person with a great smile on her face. We had amazing Indian food.Food: 4/5
It was my first time going to this restaurant, and the atmosphere, service and food were fabulous. The service from Harsh was very good and he was very polite to us. Harsh use to clarify the order at the end, and tell us about if it is going to be spicy, mild or medium, so overall the service, atmosphere and food was excellent. I would recommend everyone to visit this restaurant, and I would definitely go to this restaurant again.
Food was delicious…everything was cooked to perfection. Service was excellent too. A nice place to enjoy Indian cuisine.Food: 4/5
The chicken gravies were fantastic, great flavour and so authentic. The biryani rice on it’s own is bland but there were so many pieces of deeply flavoured lamb that balances out the dish. The butter naan was good but the romali roti is too thick so avoid that. Definitely recommend take out from this place, especially the gravies.Food: 5/5
It was my first time and food was good. Atmosphere was little bit interesting. You feel nostalgic about old Indian weeding where carpet and chairs matches with it. We haven’t tried much but everything was good. It’s nice experience. Expect some waiting in the evening.Food: 4/5
