Visited Nims boutique yesterday and I loved the store. Not only is there countless options in all different sizes but the owner was honestly the nicest person, she helped us so much with finding different options. She never seemed irritated when I was trying on different outfits, if anything she was helping us decide and being complimentary. You can see why she is so successful! It’s the first time I could try something on in an Indian shop and feel comfortable. Thank you so much, love my outfit!
Hey All, I had been looking for a bright but unusual handbag and fell upon Nim's Boutique. I fell in love with this handbag. I had placed the order on a Bank Holiday Monday August I received today. So happy with the quality and service received It came wrapped so it didn't ruin the detailing.
I found out about Nim’s when I was getting married and made the journey there from London. The team was so friendly and helpful, it was such a nice experience. Ever since then, I’ve ordered lots of stuff online - from clothes to jewellery. Whenever I’ve needed more info I’ve always called or emailed and been surprised at how nice the staff always are! Definitely not the same experience in other Asian shopping areas like southall where people are NEVER friendly . Lovely clothes, beautiful jewellery and super nice team. Recommend!
In June I ordered a blouse and needed to exchange it for another size. The process and customer service was amazing and Shreeya was so helpful and understanding and I managed to exchange it and was so happy! Had so many compliments wearing the gold blouse. The quality was outstanding and I felt comfortable wearing it. Thank you so much! Would definitely recommend your boutique
Great customer service - really friendly and helpful. The range was beautiful and included styles I haven't been able to find anywhere else! The skirt and scarf I bought was perfect for my wedding, and I'll be keeping an eye on their online range for future occasions.
Nim’s Boutique is an absolute gem of a find! Didn’t know what to expect but was absolutely blown away by the amazing outfits, stunning jewellery and above all the incredible team! Really impressed with the service and quality of the clothing sold by Nims Boutique. I have only ordered online, not in store, but the process was painless, the website and sizing information was easy to select and even where I had to return an item it was accomodated with no issues. Had a virtual appointment with Nim as I was after a set that would match a multicolour blouse I already owned, I received the delivery swiftly and the set is very unique, matches my blouse perfectly and I cannot wait to show off once weddings are back! The store carries beautiful, unique pieces, once lockdown is over I will be making a trip up from London and adding to my Nim's Boutique collection!
I purchased some studs that were faulty, but after speaking to Shreeya she was really helpful and has offered a exchange. I was disappointed and upset at first but after reflecting how she handle it, I have to say thank you Shreeya
