I have just used this company. Lady in office was so lovely and helpful, refreshing after being laughed at by other companies for trying to book a taxi in snowy weather. She advised nothing free for 90 mins but would do her utmost. Car arrived in half an hour, lovely driver and great service. Thank you so much.

Awful company, booked a taxi for 2.30pm at 2.45 we rang to ask where the taxi was we were informed it would be 2 minutes 10 minutes later the driver phoned to say he was 2 minutes away he was just at the roundabout! 10 minutes later we rang to ask where he was he informed us he was no longer in Keyworth and had gone back to Edwalton!!! We had a table booked for 3pm and at 3.15 we then had to find another taxi to get us to our destination! Would never use or recommend this taxi service!! Only gave it 1 star because no stars wasn’t an option!

Taxi was on time. I was asked to paid more that when I booked taxi. I've got to my destination really quickly, but just because driver was speeding. 60mph where was 40. Dirty seats. Indian music playing in car, didn't enjoyed the ride, but got to my destination.

Although they we good when my disabled daughter and my self needed a wheelchair adapted car in a hurry but that didn't last. Booked a car for the return journey from the airport was told to give the details to the drive who took us there. No car was sent for us ,had to phone to complain instead of apologizing they blamed us instead. All in all very rude and unhelpful. As for the adapted cars seems they are rarely available. Can NOT recommend anyone disabled should use them.

The taxi was 20 mins late which led us to miss the start of a wedding. The driver didn't apologise once and delayed matters by forcing us to stop to get cash out to pay when I'm sure you can pay with card (myself and our girlfriend also offered to pay the total with cash but on the return journey). He then got lost (even though saying the client before us was exactly the same journey) and kicked up a fuss when I paid £15 for the journey because I didn't have time to wait for him to give us change for the £16 fare (also note the journey back at 1am was only £12 with a different driver). I can say with confidence it's the worst service and most unsatisfactory taxi journey I have ever taken.
